Your quotes are not sent to our servers
The data you enter in the tool (your business details, logo, clients, services and quotes) is stored only in your browser’s local storage. It is not transmitted to the owner or to third parties, and the owner cannot see it. You control this data: you can delete it from your browser at any time.
Data that is processed
- Technical browsing data. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address to serve the website and protect it against attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site.
- Advertising. If you accept advertising cookies, Google and its partners may process identifiers and browsing data to show ads, personalised or not depending on your choice. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw in “Cookie settings”. More information in the cookie policy and in how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
- Contact. If you email us, we will use your data only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent or handling your request.
International transfers
Some providers (Cloudflare, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (for example, standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Retention
Technical data is kept for the period set by each provider. Contact emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to odintsovkyryll@gmail.com. If you consider that they have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
