Quote templates by trade

Templates by trade so you don’t start from scratch: each one includes the items, units and some example quantities. You enter the prices.

How to use them

Pick the template closest to your job and press “Start with this template”.
A new quote opens with the items. Change quantities, enter your prices, delete or add lines.
Check the scope, add the client and download the PDF in the design you prefer.

Before you start

Everything is editable: items, units, quantities, texts and the order of the lines.
No prices: the templates don’t include rates. Each professional enters their own.
Taxes: each line uses the default VAT (IVA) from “My details” (21% unless you changed it) and IRPF withholding is optional. Check which rate applies to each job; if you’re unsure, ask your tax adviser.
Designed for Spain: the VAT (IVA) and IRPF calculations are aimed at quotes in Spain. The currency is the euro.
The template isn’t saved on its own: your quote is saved in this browser when you press “Save”.

PDF designs

Nine designs for the same quote. All of them include your logo and colour, taxes, discounts, long texts, totals and page breaks. You can switch design at any time without changing the amounts.

Scope and conditions (editable text):
Scope: labour and debris removal included. State the range of materials or whether the client chooses them.
Not included: permits, hidden work found once opened up, or unplanned layout changes; these will be quoted separately.

Electrical installation by room

Light points, sockets and circuits per room, consumer unit and other work.

Scope and conditions (editable text):
Scope: state the range or brand of switches and sockets and the type of cable. If the work needs a certificate or official paperwork, state whether it is included.
Not included: chasing walls, filling, painting or building work.

Plumbing: repair and installation

Call-out, labour hours and specific jobs with their materials.

Scope and conditions (editable text):
Scope: state the brand or range of the water heater and taps.
Any additional work found once opened up will be reported and quoted before it is done. If you charge extra for emergencies or public holidays, state it here.

Home painting by square metre

Surface preparation, walls and ceilings per m² and items per unit.

Scope and conditions (editable text):
Scope: state the type of paint and how many colours the price includes. Changing from a dark to a light colour may need more coats.
State whether the price includes moving furniture or whether the room must be empty.

Scope and conditions (editable text):
Scope: measurements are approximate and will be confirmed on site before manufacturing. Later design changes will be quoted separately.
If you ask for a deposit before manufacturing, state the amount and the manufacturing time.

Scope: state the service hours and how you access the premises.
State how much notice is needed to cancel a visit and whether you or the client provide the products.

Scope: state what the standard installation includes and who gives the warranty for the unit and the installation. If a certificate or registration is needed, state whether handling it is included.
Not included: building work, community permits or new electrical circuits.
